North Star Community CU Named as Honors Society Member for CMN Hospitals

Fargo, ND - North Star Community Credit Union (Maddock, ND) was recently recognized by their local Children's Miracle Network Hospital (Sanford Children's in Fargo, ND) after reaching the milestone of raising $25,000 for sick and injured children. The Sanford Health Foundation Honors Society recognizes donors who have reached cumulative giving of $10,000 or more.

CMN Hospitals treat more than 10 million kids across North America every year. To provide the best care, children’s hospitals rely on donations and community support, as Medicaid and insurance programs do not fully cover the cost of care.

CU4Kids is the brand under which credit unions, chapters, leagues/associations and business partners from across the country work together in fundraising activities to benefit 170 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Credit unions are the 5th largest sponsor of CMN Hospitals. Since 1996, CU4Kids has raised $195 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
