Fresno, CA – November 23, 2021 – Educational Employees Credit Union (EECU) based in Fresno, CA, recently honored outstanding Merced County educators.

            Beth Dooley, EECU president and CEO, said the credit union is proud to sponsor the awards and she congratulated the winners, finalists and nominees and  praised them for their special recognition.

“They are committed to providing students with a quality education and the best school experience possible – whether in person or through online learning,” Dooley said.

            The winners were Pamela Atkinson, Teacher of the Year; Adan Moreno, Employee of the Year; and Paoze Lee, Administrator of the year.

            The awards program was a virtual event this year.

            The Merced County program is one of five annual county events sponsored by EECU that honors outstanding educators and school staff. EECU serves 12 Central California counties and has 19 branches and more than 334,000 members. (Shown below: Lee, Moreno, and Atkinson.)
