Arsenal Credit Union Awards $10,500 to St. Louis Area Nonprofit Organizations

Arnold, MO – Arsenal Credit Union recently awarded $10,500 in grants to seven nonprofit organizations as part of its Community Impact Fund program. Funds from these grants will help these groups serve the community in the unique ways that they’re equipped to do.

The list of nonprofit organizations that won grants serves diverse missions and represents the geographical areas that Arsenal Credit Union serves, including St. Louis County and Jefferson County.

  • The Breakfast Club, Inc. (Florissant, MO)

  • The Bennet Project (St. Louis, MO)

  • The Noble Neighbor (Webster Groves, MO)

  • Finding Grace Ministries/The Harbor (Arnold, MO)

  • Open Door Animal Sanctuary (House Springs, MO)

  • Disability Resource Association (Festus, MO)

  • Needy Paws Rescue (St. Louis, MO)

This is the fourth round of grants awarded from the credit union’s Community Impact Fund. In total, the credit union has awarded $44,800 to nonprofits through this program.

Grant recipients were chosen by a group of employees who demonstrate the credit union’s vision of “people helping people.” Each winner submitted an application that outlined clear, defined goals for a project that will help benefit the community.

The credit union is currently not accepting applications for its next round of grants, but it is willing to accommodate smaller monetary and volunteer donations. For more information, please visit ArsenalCU.com.
