South Central Chapter Raises Funds for CMN Hospitals

February 12, 2018 – On Saturday, February 3rd, the WI South Central Chapter of Credit Unions (SCCCU) held their 15th Annual Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Bowl-A-Thon. This locally funded event has raised more than $120,000 during the previous fourteen years with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. This year’s event was held at the RiversEdge Bowling Alley in Janesville and raised a total of $9,674.30.

The SCCCU Bowl-A-Thon offers many opportunities for local support and involvement; Corporate Sponsorships, pledge collecting bowling teams, and silent auction/raffle items donated by businesses and individuals. This year there were seventeen Corporate Sponsors:

Perfect 300 – Cherry Creek Financial Services, CUNA Mutual Group, First Community Credit Union, Fort Community Credit Union, Johnson Automation LLC, On-Time Tees, St. Mary’s & Affiliates Credit Union, and The Beat 92.3 FM & 98.9 FM. Strike – Advia Credit Union, ANGI Energy Systems, Blackhawk Community Credit Union, and CU Direct. Spare – AMI Information Systems for Credit Unions, Crimson Salon & Spa, Goyer Ace Hardware, Marquis, NLT Title, and Project Lead.

Thank you to the 25 bowling teams and all the Corporate Sponsors and volunteers that helped make the
15th Annual CMN Bowl-A-Thon a success.
