Livonia, Mich. (November 26, 2018) – To help ring in the holidays, Zeal Credit Union invites families to bring their children to Zeal Credit Union’s free Rock Star Savers Jingle Bell Rock party. This family fun event is scheduled 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2018, in the East Court of the Westland Shopping Center, 3500 W. Warren in Westland.

There will be carnival style holiday games, crafts for kids to take home, a free 4x6 photo in the Rock Star photo booth, snacks and giveaways. The party will also feature a DJ and appearances by Rock Star Saver, Ollie the Snowman and the Snow Queen.

“We also want to do something special for children who will be in the hospital over the holidays,” said Tiffany Sweet, the credit union’s youth and community development coordinator. “We’ll be encouraging children who come to our party to make a card for a child at Beaumont Children’s.”

For each card made, Zeal Credit Union will donate $1 to Beaumont Children’s, up to 250 cards, and Westland Shopping Center will match the donation. The hospital is a member of Children’s Miracle Network.

“There’s something for the adults as well,” added Sweet. “At the check-in and information table, adults can enter to win a $150 Westland Shopping Center gift card basket.”
