BEAVERTON, OR –Rivermark Community Credit Union’s Charity Golf Tournament recently raised over $39,000 for the Rivermark Community Fund. The third annual event took place on Friday, August 23rd, 2019 at the beautiful Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club in Aloha, OR. Participants enjoyed a fun afternoon of golf, on-course contests, food, drinks and prizes.

Established in 2016, the Rivermark Community Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation has recently narrowed its focus to issues of housing. Its goal is to help make housing more sustainable, affordable, fair, and equitable in the surrounding community.

“We’re thankful for all of our generous sponsors and the volunteers who put in many hours to ensure that this event was our most successful yet,” said Shauna Luessen, Rivermark Golf Committee Co-Chair. “We’re thrilled to have exceeded our fundraising goal, which allows the Rivermark Community Fund to continue to grow and strengthen our local community,’ she added.
