TN - ORNL Federal Credit Union’s photography contest for its 2020 monthly calendar is a wrap! Over 200 people participated in the 2nd annual contest; over 900 photos were submitted recognizing the Beauty of East Tennessee theme. After being narrowed down to the top 40, voting was open to the public to select their top 12. The top three receiving the most votes were:
-1st place: Keely Rountree. She won a $150 gift card and a 16x20 framed print of her image, Oak Ridge Train Trestle.
-2nd place: Haley Greenwood. She won a $100 gift card and an 8x10 framed print of her image, World’s Fair Park.
-3rd place: Christopher Cannon Photography. He won a $50 gift card and an 8x10 framed print of his image, Cades Cove Cabin.
The 2020 monthly calendar is now available for purchase at all ORNL FCU branches for just $5. Proceeds from the sales will benefit Smoky Mountain Service Dogs, an organization that provides service dogs to disabled veterans throughout the state of Tennessee.
