Ferndale, Michigan – For the third straight year, employees at over 32 branches and departments at Credit Union ONE created 99 fleece-tied blankets which were distributed to three of our hospital partners:

Beaumont Children’s – Children’s Hospital of Michigan – St Joe’s Mercy Oakland, were all thrilled to receive the blankets that were made by the employees of each branch or department. The teams gathered at a convenient time and place and were free to choose their own children’s theme, color and style of blanket.

Judi Desilets Director of Corporate Events who organized managed and oversaw the program had this to say. “ It’s really moving to be a part of something so special for the children at these three hospitals”.  “The represenatives from the three hospitals assured us that many children would be comforted due to the generosity of our employees”.
