NuMark CU Hosting FREE Seminar about Credit Strategies for Success

January 2020- NuMark Credit Union wants to help you understand credit and the things that come with it. Did you know that you can request a copy of your credit report for free once a year? Regularly checking your credit score and managing it is crucial. How important is it to know your credit score? What is in the credit report? What does all of that mean?

NuMark is here to help you answer those questions. Many factors contribute to your credit score, such as your payment history, your amount of debt and credit history. If you would like to learn tips for using credit more wisely, come to NuMark’s free seminar! It will take place on the following days from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

 Thursday, February 13th - NuMark Credit Union in Crest Hill- 2380 Caton Farm Rd.

 Thursday, February 20th – New Lenox Park District- 701 W. Haven Ave

 Tuesday, February 25th – NuMark Credit Union in Tinley Park- 8001 W. 159th Street

You can expect to learn what to do when you lose your credit card, why credit is important, how to build a solid credit history and more. This is an event that shouldn’t be missed! Seminar host and NuMark Training Manager, Linda Krakora states, “Helping people understand the importance of credit and providing strategies for success and can make a huge difference in their financial lives. Knowing the pitfalls and how to avoid them will make people look differently at how they use credit. We hope this course can help you build a fantastic future.
