This free seminar will help you gain skills for a successful navigation through the home buying process and it is a great resource for those who are in the market to purchase their first home, but don’t know where to start. A panel of local professionals will answer your questions about inspecting, purchasing and closing on your first home. Those looking to pre-qualify will need to bring the last three months of bank statements, the last two years of federal tax returns with W-2’s and the last 30 days of pay stubs.
