NuMark Credit Union is offering home buyers a free seminar titled “Chill with the Experts: A Home Buying Event” so participants can successfully navigate through the home buying process in a relaxed setting.

Our event is the perfect way to learn about the complicated home buying process from our panel of experts in a cool and casual setting.” says Harry Stewart, VP of Mortgage Lending for NuMark Credit Union.

Home buyers could save thousands of dollars by attending this free event. Attendees will learn valuable information from local professionals that all have a role in the home buying process including a real estate agent, home appraiser, home inspector, representative from the title company and NuMark Credit Union’s, Harry Stewart. Participants will get all their questions answered regarding inspecting, buying and closing on their first home.

This event is a great resource for those who are in the market to purchase their first home or for those who are in need or a refresher. This special event will take place from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Thursday, March 19 th at Elder Brewing Company at 218 E. Cass Street in Joliet, IL. NuMark Credit Union mortgage staff will be available to pre-qualify people if they so desire. Those looking to pre-qualify will need to bring the last three months of bank statements, the last two years of federal tax returns with W-2’s and the last 30 days of pay stubs.

This event is free and all are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be available at no cost. Participants are encouraged to bring their friends and family.
