(Oswego, IL – 06/30/2020) – Earthmover Credit Union (ECU) recently awarded four Teen Investment Program college scholarships totaling $4000 to four local high school students.  The tiered scholarships (1st Place: $2000, 2nd Place: $1000, 3rd Place: $500, and a 4th Place: $500) were awarded to these four students.  The winners were based on outstanding academics, extracurricular involvement, and an essay about their biggest influence and how their influence affected the way they see the world.

This year’s winners are:

1st Place: Lauren Torres-Turnage, Montgomery, IL: University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Speech Language Pathology

2nd Place: Nikolas Stemmet, Yorkville, IL: Stanford University, Economics

3rd Place: Olivia Antoniolli, Aurora, IL: Western Michigan University, Music Theatre Performance

4th Place: Bryce Logan, Aurora, IL: University of Indianapolis, International Relations/Spanish
