Jackson, Miss. – Operation Backpack, sponsored by Members Exchange Credit Union, raised $1,200 for students who seek support from We Will Go Ministries.

We Will Go will provide backpacks and school supplies for students from their Camp Hope summer program who will need assistance with school work during the fall semester.

Due to some schools choosing virtual classes for the fall semester, many students will need help with their school work and access to resources that they may not have at home, such as internet, computers, and electricity. We Will Go’s mission is to help as many students as possible, given the resources, space and staff they have available.

Amy Lancaster with We Will Go Ministries expressed her gratitude for Members Exchange partnership through Operation Backpack.

“Thank you so much for your amazing gifts and partnership with us, here at We Will Go,” Lancaster said, “Your backpacks and supplies were a tremendous blessing to our We Will Learn ministry. Partnerships and gifts like yours are priceless. We are so thankful for you!”

Amy continued by saying, “We are honored and excited to continue to provide quality academic and homework assistance for our JPS students here at We Will Go. Please continue to pray with us, support, and come serve with us!”
