DuPage Credit Union to Sponsor DuPage Regional Spelling Bee

DuPage Credit Union is excited to be a sponsor of the 2026 DuPage Regional Spelling Bee on Thursday, February 19, at Hubble Middle School, 3S600 Herrick Road, in Warrenville. Competition begins at 6 PM.
The event will feature approximately two dozen
local students in first through eighth grade who have earned the right to
represent their school and district. All contestants will receive an event T-shirt
designed and donated by DuPage Credit Union. Additional sponsors include North
Central College and the Parents as Teachers program, which is part of the DuPage
Regional Office of Education (ROE). The ROE has coordinated the regional
spelling bee since the 2007–08 school year and is an official Scripps National
Spelling Bee regional partner.
DuPage Credit Union donated $5,000 to help fund
the event.

wish all the contestants success in the spelling bee and in their future

The regional spelling bee champion will
represent DuPage County in the 2026 Scripps National Spelling Bee, May 24–29, 2026, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention
Center in National Harbor, MD.
