The Lake Charles Credit Union Chapter is proud to donate to NICU Families’ Reunion benefiting Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) in Southwest Louisiana (SWLA).

NICU Families’ Reunion will take place at CHRISTUS Ochsner Lake Area Hospital in Lake Charles, La. on Saturday, April 29, 2023. This event features a BBQ Cookoff, Pediatric education, arts and crafts, games, activities and even a chance to tour the Acadian Ambulance AirMed helicopter.

This family day provides a time for Neonatal Intensive Care Unit families to reconnect with the hospital staff that were such an integral part of their child’s first days. The 2023 NICU Families’ Reunion will benefit the Children’s Miracle Network in SWLA providing state-of-the-art medical technology for our community.

Since its modest beginnings in 1991, credit union members and employees have raised more than $185 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. The money raised at an individual credit union stays local to benefit the local CMN Hospital. Funds pay for charitable care, research, equipment, special services such as music therapy and more.
