North Star Community CU Hosts "All About the Penny" Class for Local Kids

The Cavalier Branch of North Star Community Credit Union hosted a Pembina County Kaleidoscope event at their branch on June 7th. Thanks to the credit union, 18 children participated in an "All About The Penny" class where they painted their own piggy bank, learned a few awesome facts about Abraham Lincoln (Honest Abe) including a demonstration of how tall the past president was. Finally, the kids participated in a “penny hunt” to start their savings.
