Security Credit Union Sponsors Free Little Library for Community

Flint, MI - Security Credit Union (SCU) recently sponsored a free "Little Library" for community members. The library is located in Sargison Park at 1400 Beaver Avenue in Flint, MI.  

Employees from Security Credit Union, staff of Genesee County Park and Flint community members gathered to celebrate the grand opening of the new “Little Library” on Thursday, October 5, 2017. The credit union sponsored library is part of a local initiative to provide books to youth and aims to encourage literacy and education. Children and adolescents can borrow and exchange books free of charge during park hours. Over 200 books were collected by SCU staff and members to stock the library.
