Christian Community Credit Union Food Drive Benefits Shepherd’s Pantry

Christian Community Credit Union’s employees held a food drive during the month of November to benefit Shepherd’s Pantry in Glendora, CA. The Credit Union’s Social Committee organized the 2nd annual drive as part of the staff Thanksgiving celebration.

“It’s wonderful to know that we have Shepherd’s Pantry serving those in need right here in our own community,” said Consumer Loan Specialist Linda Consolo. “We are blessed to have the opportunity to share with others through their ministry.”

“We’re grateful to Christian Community Credit Union’s staff for their generosity,” said Craig Cerro, Shepherd’s Pantry Assistant Director. “Their efforts will help us to provide for even more of our neighbors in need this Christmas.”

Shepherd’s Pantry is a non-profit organization that provides emergency food, clothing, resource assistance and educational programs to families in need during times of crisis. They serve families in Azusa, Baldwin Park, Claremont, Covina, Glendora, Hacienda Heights, La Puente, La Verne, San Dimas & West Covina.

Christian Community Credit Union has $650 million in assets and over 30,000 members nationwide. For over 60 years, the Credit Union has served as a financial partner of Christian ministries, churches, and their members.
