August 2019 – Today’s housing market is still attractive for those looking purchase a home. Don’t know where to start? NuMark Credit Union is offering home buyers a free seminar titled “Chill with the Experts: A home Buying Event” so participants can successfully navigate through the home buying process in a relaxed setting.  

Home buyers could save thousands of dollars by attending this free event. Attendees will learn valuable information from a panel of local professionals that all have a role in the home buying process. The panel will include a real estate agent, home appraiser, home inspector, representative from the title company and NuMark Credit Union’s Vice President of Mortgage Lending, Harry Stewart. Participants will get all their questions answered regarding inspecting, buying and closing on their first home. This seminar is a great resource for those who are in the market to purchase their first home or for those who are in need or a refresher.

This seminar will take place from 6:00pm to 9:00pm Thursday, September 12th at MyGrain Brewing- 50 E. Jefferson Street.

NuMark Credit Union mortgage staff will be available to pre-qualify people if they so desire. Those looking to pre-qualify will need to bring the last three months of bank statements, the last two years of federal tax returns with W-2’s and the last 30 days of pay stubs.
